Established in 2006, RealCAPITA has residential, office and mixed use construction projects spread across Bahrain, MENA and Europe.

RealCAPITA reported an increase of 71.22% (FY 2007) in net profit over the net profit in FY 2006 and declared a stock dividend of 15% of the paid up capital for FY 2007.
